New MP3s
Here are some lovely new mp3s I played on Mr. KABC last night. I've uploaded them today for your listening displeasure. Find them and other musical abberations in the Mutimedia section
First we have three new additions to our Corporate Music category.
From the International Fabricare Institute, we have the stirring anthem, Dryclean When You Care. I really like this, particularly the spoken word section. It just makes me feel so proud to be an American with soiled clothing.
Next, from American Standard, the haunting My Bathroom. I've heard this a million times, and I imagine you have too. But it just belongs in the Multimedia section, because like your bathroom, "it's a special kind of place".
Finally, from General Electric's 1973 industrial show, "Got to Investigate Silicones", we have Joy Garrett singing Sand. I'm thinking of making ths my new audition song.
Next we have two new additions to the Terrifying Christian Music category.
Here's Little Cindy doing Happy Birthday, Jesus. I think they should have used this on The Passion soundtrack, myself, but then, I'm half Jewish.
I don't know who did this next track, but it's a delightful reworking of When a Man Loves a Woman. Only in this version, the man is you and the woman is Jesus. Which seems a little sick to me, but I don't know much about the bible.
And finally, perhaps my favorite new track in many, many months, a thought for today from the long dead Cesar Romero. I could not love this more.
