On the Radio

Well, it’s that time again. Time to come on the radio and talk about a lot of really, really important things. And when I say, “important,” I mean completely uninteresting.

Tonight I’ll be talking about Suzanne Sommers and her complete bulimic breakdown on the Home Shopping Channel last night. It was priceless. If she thought she was hiding an eating disorder by putting out exercise tapes and sugar-free cake mixes, it all came spilling out during her three hour pitchfest on HSN. It was too delicious.

I might also have to share my tale of the funeral I attended in Connecticut last week, and the bitch I almost came to blows with at the post office the other day. I realize it’s uncharacteristic for a post office employee to be surly and unpleasant, but I was just lucky, I guess.

As far as music goes, I have two words. Teri Hatcher.

I’ll also be talking about the diet Mr. KABC and I have been on, and how amazing it’s been.

As you probably know, I’ve lost a lot of weight over the last few years (100+ pounds), and the last 30 or so have been impossible to move. They are just not budging from my ass and thighs. They just like it there. Believe me, I’ve tried everything. But these people came to KABC and asked us to give it a shot, and it has really been impressive.
