I’ve been out of town for about a week, but before I left, I sent another Pod-Luck track over to Auntie Vera Charles.
As usual, Vera did the most amazing job. This may be my favorite so far.
I have to say, this one was very ambitious track. There was all kinds of production going on, and I saddled the poor man with all kinds of unreasonable demands. He had ridiculous characters to come up with, stupid questions to answer, and complex legal issues to solve with no help at all from me. In fact, I made it pretty hard for the guy.
But nothing scares Auntie Vera, as you’ll soon hear.
In case you’re just joining this jerk-in-progress, here’s a little MP3 that explains how Pod-Luck works, and the process we use to create the finished tracks.
And in just a few more days, Pod-Luck.com should be online. All our joint podcasts will be there, as well as the ones we’ve done individually. If there’s an interest, we’ll be posting the raw tracks we use in creating these pieces, so you can see how we do it. I also want to have some challenges so you can play along, and a section where people can upload sound files that we have to incorporate into our podcasts.
So without further ado, here is our latest Pod-Luck podcast. Judge Betty is ready to rule!
