oh shit that’s amazing. yes, they are for cats! but we are not cat people. thank God you don’t have to own a cat to have fun like that.
my friend in DC has one of those laser pointers, and one night some hoodlums (how’s my retro cool-speak?) were screaming and carrying on in the alley behind his apartment. He got out his laser pointer and scanned the foreheads of a couple of the kids, being careful to avoid their eyes. let’s just say he never had a noise problem again.
