I don't think your dogs are so strange. I have a cat that eats candy corn and will lick the Italian dressing off of lettuce leaves. All this from an animal that thinks that humans are warm-blooded furniture!

Caging. This could explain the comfort and stimulation some find in the Bondage fetishes. I'll bet it's more prevalent in lone dogs as opposed to dogs that have more contact with other dogs. No wonder the CIA isn't getting any intelligence out of all those caged and abused 'combatants'. They're all enjoying their stays in their cages and the attention they're getting as opposed to the repressive society they come from.

If a dog is caged, especially when young, they get comfort and security in a cage (or other small space).

When my dog was a puppy, I used to cage him when I was out for a few hours as he would otherwise destroy furniture, shoes, anything. When he got past the puppy stage, I couldn't give his cage away because he would hang out there even when not locked in. In fact, I had to buy him another cage for our vacation home so he would have a "house". He willingly goes in it when the pest control guy or other strangers come to the house.
April, you should buy your dog a crate of her own.

Diet Dr. Pepper Cherry Vanilla is superb

Can't say the same for the Chocolate variety

we are concerned that the chocolate will take up precious shelf space normally allocated to Diet Dr Pepper Cherry Vanilla

I love Dr. Pepper. I'd bath in it if I could. However, Chocolate Cherry Dr. P is vile. So very, very wrong. It's like mixing Yohoo and smelly feet together and throwing in a dollop of cherry cough drops.
