All of the boxes that contain things that neither of us remember packing are in my office...I lost a cat in there somewhere. I can hear her mewing but cannot locate her. She'll come out when she gets bored in there or hungry, I am told. If it starts to smell funny, I am moving again. The cable company told me that they couldn't send anyone out to hook me up for five days because of some gawd-forsaken merger crap. Then I see not one, not two, but THREE cable guys in two days, doing the same kind of set up I needed in the three apartments surrounding mine! I asked and asked and asked, but their main office said that they couldn't make and exception because they were "overbooked". Yesterday, a cable guy that I had seen before came and hooked mine up finally...go fig. I need a drink...anyone?
