Last year the Chinese Govt had to train the Olympic workers in the art of smiling.

Chinese culture looks at people with smiles on their faces suspiciously. Walking around in China with a smile is evidence of a mental problem.

It looks eerily similar to a hand-signal graphic my brother showed me from the National Guard for when he was in full MOPP gear — gas mask, chem suit, etc.

With Beijing’s toxic air, MOPP gear should be the “patriotic” Olympic cheer uniform.

All they need now is an Authorized Heckle.

Needless to say, those who either fail to engage in the authorized cheer on cue, or who are recidivistic enough to show their enthusiasm with foam fingers, body-painting or other questionable bourgeois techniques, will be detained & subjected to rigorous Re-Education Sessions by the glorious People’s Police Force.
