Paris Hilton’s fifth addition to her fragrance empire, Fairy Dust, won’t be hitting stores until the middle of next month, but the reality star is giving PEOPLE an exclusive first look at the new images from her print campaign. The ads feature a winged, wand-wielding Paris playing a real-life fairy, and ask, “Do you believe in fairy tales?”
Can you imagine what this smells like? Marlboros, Red Bull and Arrid Extra Dry, with just a hint of ball sweat. Make sure you get the shower gel!
And isn’t she lovely? Dangling like some anorexic air freshener, all ribbons and ribs, head cocked to put her best eye forward. If I saw this flitting outside my window, I’d grab a Pennysaver and smear it all over the screen door.
But I have to admit, Paris Hilton has made me believe in fairy tales. She’s living proof that any piece of trash can become a princess.

Why do women think the “jutting ribs” look is attractive? She is at a perfectly fine weight for her frame, yet she sucks in her gut like she’s got something to hide. The jutting ribs is about as attractive, I think, as the sort of lizard like spine you see on other skinny broads. Look human for frigs sake. We don’t all have exoskeletons.

Surely the marketing crew fell down on the job here- ‘cuz the only “dust” I think of when I think of Paris Hilton is the chemically-laced kind.
Hey- maybe if this fails to sell, she’ll get a gig doing celebrity end-whore-cment of Valtrex? With an estimated 25% of the population diagnosed with genital herpes these days, it’s an obvious choice. (Well, that, and she’s probably responsible for a large share of those cases…)

This reminds of a place that offers all sorts of weird scents. Black Phoenix Alchemy Labs. I had wondered whether anybody made gunpowder-scented perfume (hey, Speedy, maybe you’d be interested), and a little web research led me to the Agnes Nutter scent on their Good Omens page. I never actually, you know, bought any. But the idea is intriguing. Who wouldn’t want a girl that smells like gunpowder?
